There are many types of crimes from major to small which some of those contain violence. The victims of violence may be damaged heavily. In this situation, some people believe that can be the capital punishment for those.
Idea of capital punishment contains advantages and disadvantages. Pons of the death penalty, it may be benefited to reduce crime rates. Probably some people will think they are in safe. Intercalarily, it is pud to lid on people who committed an offense hurt anyone or same person again. The other hand, there are various cons of the death penalty. The most basic negative side is eliminating right to live. Plus, it is likely to be sorry who criminal person. Both the right to life and the right to build a new life will be taken away. The another point is, it can created guilties who escaping from judging or prisoner so it is lead on hazards and hurting people. Moreover, in judging with wrong decide or evidance can be result in unfair sentence and death of innocent person.
In my opinion, there are a lot of disadvantages than advantages in this case. I strongly believe that, being capital punishment will not decreased crime rates. There are a few countries which are examples of applying this still having high offense ratio. Further, right to live is a significantly right.
