Nowadays, technology is developing, and for this reason, some people believe that technology has made their lives better and more comfortable. But others think negatively and that it does not help to make people’s lives better. In my essay, I will discuss both views and give my own opinion.
There are a lot of negative effects of technology, and it is very useless for people’s lives, especially children’s and young people’s lives. For example, today they are using mobile phones, and afterward, their eyesight is decreasing. Technology is also harmful to adults’ lives because sometimes they use technology without restrictions. For this reason, they are becoming fat, and they have the disease of overweight.
On the other hand, technology also has advantages. For instance, it is very useful for studying. On the internet, there are a lot of websites and videos for studying; anyone can use them at any time and in any place, no matter whether they have time or not; they can use them when they want. Another advantage is that tourists can use maps if they do not know a new place or if they are lost.
To sum up, I can say that, as a coin has two sides, other things also have good and bad sides. In short, a person should learn how to control himself. Everything depends on the person himself.
