Band 5+: Some people believe that children should be taught how to manage money at school. Do you agree or disagree?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

It has been believed for many people that infants should be trained about the financial concepts in the school looking for making more accurate decisions in their maturities, others think that it is the responsibility of their parents. In this essay i will talk about both points of view.

As time goes by, parents think about the best way to create good behaviors related to the practice of managing money. It is known that the more knowledge the child has, the greater the chances of success in his adult life managing his resources will have. However, there is a select group of parents who think that in their childhood, it is too early to instill trivial topics like taxes since children should be raised as what they are Just Children.

Firstly, it is important that the school provides the students with all the money concepts, in order to get a better understanding or overview of the economic system. For instance, some universities in Colombia have entrepreneurial environments that allow the participants to develop new projects, also get sponsorship with the ICETEX and support with accountabilities of the project. In contrast undeveloped and industrialized countries have been preparing their scholar with an emphasis on a technical approach.

On second hand, parents plays an important role in matters related to monetary finance, for example, in most of the Colombian homes, there are a lot of bills to pay and basic needs to fulfil. Moreover, the majority of families have different economic blueprints, which represent an approach to the evaluation project conception and it is when the knowledge for future generation is has been thinked to play a key point

To conclude, Due to importance of learning about finances, I totally agree that whether from the schools or from their families, pupils get early basics concepts and experiences related to wealth financial habit like puttting aside money for saving. Teachers and parents should give the information in order to achieve the goals of well-being economy.
