It is a debatable issue whether good teachers are responsible for the success of students in their academics or Student’s attitude plays a pivotal role in his educational success. There are a host of people for and against this vies. Before embarking on any rational conclusion, I will discuss both views in the upcoming paragraphs.
Coming to the former viewpoint, teachers role is considered as a crucial key in the educational success of the children. Teachers way of teaching helps the students in developing their interests in various subjects. Moreover, if teachers are experienced and are always ready to solve the queries of the students in any particular subject then it enhances the mentality of acquiring more and more knowledge rather than mugging up of the concepts in students. The deep insight of the topic which is provided by teachers to students often prove beneficial in getting flying marks in examination as well as in building their professional lives.
Coming to the latter viewpoint, in achieving academic success Student’s own attitude matters a lot. It students are not fully focused on their studies then it becomes impossible for them to understand the concepts which has been taught by the teachers. Apart from this, the hard work and dedication of the students make them eligible enough to gain success in their study. The negative attitude and negligence among students make them deprived from knowledge and in their exams they are not able to perform very well which ultimately leads to unsuccessful academic results.
In crux, after meticulously analyzing both views, I am convinced with the second view because I believe until students do not concentrate on their study, a good teacher cannot provide them any help in getting success.
