A lot of people think that new technologies as electronic books and the internet are more relevant. But another ones don’t agree with them and confident that printed books are more important for humanity. I support this opinion.
Books is the instrument, which as old as writings are and which can help to anyone with sharing their ideas. The first ones were written at stones, and after a centuries had Transferred on papers. People were writing their knowledge or ideas on it for thousand years, till Science Technology Revolution and 21st century. Now, when our connection with anyone or our memories are in the phones, when more schools are transferring everything into gadgets like computers or tablets and newspapers are not as popular as before, printed books are the thing which should to stay in the past. Humanity must to move on, artifical intelligence is more reasonable year by year and technology progress increases incredibly quickly, and something like printed books, paper documents, newspapers and photo albums need to stay in preceding years. Just because they are not as suitable as phones are. Theres no need to take books with us, for example, on trips or work, we can just open countless books on our phones and don’t waste money on it.
However, book and literature are one of the most important aspects in every culture, without them we wouldn’t have everything we do now. People must to be grateful to millions authors for their ideas, which are saved millions of lives from darkness. Downloading electronic books files will never support authors, their editors and editions. Without readers or editions supporting writers would not have money for their works. Also, we are unable sure in future. Theres always risks, that everything in internet can disappear tomorrow, thats why literature culture can die, too. And people, who finds themselves or way to stay alive thanks for books, would can’t find anothet light in darkness. Thats why In my mind printed books are always more important than electronic ones. I would never cross to electronic books due to their role in our culture and especially in my life.
In conclusion, i want to say none of any technology can exclude national cultures or reader’s support.
