In the modern society nowadays have some argumentation on work life balance through high income. therefore, in Indonesia a lot of Gen Z shout to their goods in mental health during their stuff in office. In my humble opinion, i would go to receiving a lot of amounts rather than how enjoy I would be at the office.
Firstly, high salary could get us into the perception in definition of success. however, In Indonesia especially Jakarta, we need to showcasing our achievement to get certain opportunities. For instance, theres a lot of business project to handle because Investor needs to ensure that their money didnt take it into individual needs. The truth is Investors looks on the cover of the books because their need to ensure about the projects, business and the individual.
Moreover, enhancing our equity driven convienient in economy. because, we could bought anything from our needs, family, and society. These factors would increase GDP of Indonesia more stronger. On the top of that, we could bringing ourself not in crisis situation whilst other struggling to receive enough cash for their starve. Especially, US Tariffs by Trump policy bringing our compatitiveness trough another level of trade war. It would be better to ensure economic recovery in Indonesia goes well.
so thats more less what Im saying, I prefer in Economically stable than my mental health. It would be amazing that with my wealth i can bring the world better. Its sound like a dream nevertheless, others would argued with me in these case because their would driven to mental health than wealth.
