Some individuals advocate for embracing and accepting unfavorable circumstances such as an unsatisfactory job or financial scarcity, while others contend that it is preferable to strive for improvement in such situations. In my personal perspective, a majority of individuals exhibit a belief in fate, attributing occurrences to predetermined outcomes. For instance, some may rationalize a poor performance in an exam by attributing it to challenging questions, thus finding contentment in their explanation and remaining within their self-imposed comfort zone. Similarly, individuals may persist in an unsatisfactory job due to reluctance to confront the uncertainties and challenges associated with seeking alternative employment opportunities.
Conversely, proponents of seeking improvement argue that setbacks should not define one’s capabilities. For instance, if an individual is rejected in a highly anticipated job interview despite extensive preparation, the initial disappointment should not be a deterrent to further efforts. Instead, it is essential to maintain self-belief, learn from past experiences, and dedicate oneself wholeheartedly to subsequent endeavors. In summary, while some individuals find solace in accepting their circumstances, it is vital to acknowledge one’s potential and endeavor to enhance their situation.
In my opinion, it is more beneficial to exert one’s best efforts and actively pursue avenues for improvement. By constantly striving for personal and professional development, individuals can expand their capabilities and seize opportunities for advancement, thereby fostering a more fulfilling and rewarding life. They should not give up on a small problems which could be solved just in a limited time . Its better to improve the situation.
