In contemporarly society, we can notice that level of the crime increases every day, also government is trying to reduce and find solution for this issue. Some people believe that, longer prison can decrease level of this problem, while others think better, instead of longer prison, find another solution. This essay will discuss both views and give my opinion.

One major advantage of punishing criminal longer time in prison, can reduce level of crime in our country. However, i find some punishments useless, because some people accidently can do crime, for example road accidents, which people can do unintentionally. Such crimes do not deserve a huge punishment. In depends the crime, government should be more strict to the criminals, but make a adequate desition. Every criminal should be recieve decerved punishment.

On the other hand, instread of longer prison, in depends of crime, lawers can find onother solution for fighting with this issue. A primary example of this, i would like to share with one of the essential crime in our country it is “corruption”. In some counrties, punishment for corruption very strict. Also in China, for seriously corruption gives, biggest fine, even sometimes, in depends the corruption, criminal can recieve a serious punishment, such as, death penalty, prison for life. Such laws, can reduce level of crimes.

To sum up, in this essay i explored both views and give my honesty opinion. I will support find a better alternatives to reduce crime. If every people can be honesty and government makes a right desition, our county will be more safety.
