There are different opinions about the purpose of museums. Some people think that it should be recreational to absorb youngsters, whereas others argue that it should have educational purposes.
On the one hand, some people insist that constructing an enjoyable and entertaining atmosphere in museums can attract young people. Furthermore, the young generation spends more time on recreational facilities, so endeavor to absorb them can develop museums for its purposes as well as it’s a money-making achievement.
On the other hand, others argue that museums can play a major role in teaching the history, art, and culture of a nation to its young generation. Moreover, museums with valuable status and masterpieces need more preservation and it is not an accurate place for entertaining which can facilitate an unsecured and hazardous environment for museums.
To conclude, although some hold the opinion that recreational purposes may be beneficial to attracting the young generation, presumably others believe that educational intention should merely be set by museums. Indeed, I am of the utter conviction that museums should reach a balance in its prospect.
