It is widely believed that older people are better leaders, while others contend that youths are generally well suited to leadership positions. Although young people have a better physical energy, I firmly believe that enough experience is more important to leadership position.
It is often believed that older people are better leaders because they have an enough experience in workplace. Unlike young people, older individuals have spent a significant amount of time in offices. If they make decisions what strategies are better to grow a company, older people can do very easily and effectively. As a result, firms will become in higher positions in industry. For instance, Bangladesh renowned juice company, such as Pran, is a number one leader for its taste. In this firm, many professional older people work for changing juice recipes instead of young people. They have dedicated several years to improve taste of juice, which eventually enables them to earn more profits and become number one in the industry.
It is widely acknowledged that youths are more suitable to leadership positions as they have more energy and resilience. Creating decisions, stay in touch with colleagues, and giving quality presentations require a higher physical energy. Young people have enough physical energy and stamina in order to contribute to workplace more effectively than older people. As a result, any firm will grow up more easily. For example, an office can have numerous youths who do stressful jobs. However, they can cope with that stress because their physical body is highly resilient.
In conclusion, despite the fact that young people have more energy which contributes to leadership positions, old people have enough experience. This is more important to secure a leadership
position.
