Others argue that they should have a right of freedom to work other nation if they desire. Athough I acknowledge why some people support the former view, I am still in favor of the latter.
On the one hand, professionals work in the country can bring serveral benefit for both themselve and their nation. Firstly, working in place where they did training will help professionals are used to work conditions, climates, cultures and educations of country. This leads more convenience in develop career and personal life. Secondly, once professionals in their country, they can contribute expertise knowledge and experience in education of nation. For example, the experts can transfer their skills for young generations by becoming mentors or advitors to help decision-making which is optimal choices in work. As a results, young people are easier than access to new knowledge, handle problems more effective as well as increase productivity in work.
On the other hand, freedom to work in foreign is considered by professionals if they want.
