It is believed by some that teenagers should do unpaid community work in their free time, which is advantageous for both the community and youth. In my point of view, this can benefit both; however, we have to let them know what their interest is in.
With regard to benefit, there are some advantages to a person and a society. Firstly, teens can learn about doing the work, this helps teenagers to become independent in the future. Secondly, if teenagers are busy doing work in their free time, the possibility of teens falling into bad cases like drugs or others reduces. Most teenagers are addicted to drugs or other harmful things. As teenagers are the age in which people choose this type of bad thing.
On the other hand, for a teenager, free time is the valuable time which he/she wants to invest in their interested course as they are busy doing studies all over the year. Instead of doing work, teenagers want to play or reach out to different destinations. Moving to the next point, I believe that a person should be rewarded for the work, which increases the interest of youngsters towards the work and with the money they can invest in their studies.
In conclusion, teenagers should be given their rights to use their free time to do whatever they want to do, or they must be rewarded for their community work.
