There is a rising global issues on proper management of wastage should be recycled coming from houses. In this regard, some argued that the governments should increase recycling as a legal requirement while others believes its not important. In my opinion, both individual’s motivation and governments’ laws are required for efficient management of waste. This essay will explore both facets of this debate and show why both is necessary.
On the one hand, it’s an individual choice to either to recycle the waste or not. Until and unless when an individual is decided to do so, the recycle is unlikely to happen even with governments making it legal. For instance, it’s illegal to harm people using any weapons globally. However, these kind of activities and cases have been encountered all around the world. Likewise the concept of recycling comes from self aware qualities rather than an impact from certain laws. On the another hand, implementation of laws are also required to overcome this problem. Many countries, in particular, Lebanon implied laws during early 2000 to improve garbage management on publics places like roads and highways. The folks of the country were punished immediately, if they were caught throwing garbage carelessly. As a result, significant improvements were observed regarding the proper disposal of garbage.
To conclude, I believe that collaborative effort between an individual and governments’ law is required in order to increase the recycling concept coming from homes.
