Nowadays, many individuals argue that History is a crucial subject in school. While others believe that Science and Technology are more vital than History. This essay will discuss both statements and give the writer’s view.
On the one hand, there is an argument that says History is more important than other subjects in school. The historical lectures represent the value of human ancestors’ lives which is essential for students to have enough knowledge about the past. In addition, when the student learns about past events they may understand the meaning of life. For instance, The majority of pupils can find the result of war and conflict between countries and learn that battles are not the only answer. Moreover, they also understand life skills from past activities.
On the other hand, It is true that in today’s lives, people need to focus on science and technology mainly because of the demands of the modern-day. For example, in terms of success in future jobs and activities children also need to know about useful information that leads them to become more efficient.
In my opinion, both History and Modern science and technology are important subjects in school. The combination of both lectures could lead the students to become better members of society which can be beneficial for their future.
