Some people debate that working for a large company is better than being employed by a small one. While both have the pros and cons, I suppose that working in the large business bring back more sustainable in career growth. This essay will give my opinions and add more relevant examples.
On the one hand, small companies provide a flexible and friendly working place, which helps employees work better together. Besides that, the employees can take multiply jobs, help them develop wide range of skills. Additionally, the communication is closer, become a strong teamwork. For example, in small business, management may work closely with employees. However, small companies often struggle with financial problems and may not offer high salaries or benefits compared to large companies.
On the other hand, large companies offer high salaries, better security, and more career growth chances. The employees undergo a formal training program, which is clear advancement opportunities. For instance, multinational companies provide opportunities for promotions and transfers to different locations. Furthermore, large organizations usually offer attractive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and bonuses, which make them more appealing to job seekers. Nevertheless, working in a large company can be stressful due to high competition and strict rules, employees may feel they are not valued.
In summary, small companies offer a friendly and flexible work environment, but large companies provide more job security and career growth. Thus, I believe working for a large company is the better option for most people.
