Some people think that education at the university is the best for getting a great job. Whereas others assume that communication with people in person and gaining experience are more important. Either of these two types has some pros and cons, which we will be discussing, however, from my point of view it is better when you can do and combine both.
On the one hand, education at the university has structured plans and information, which can help you gain knowledge with almost no need to search for it yourself. Moreover, after graduating from the university, you will be considered a specialist, so your job application may be accepted. Furthermore, the university is a place where particularly all people can gain faithful friends, who can turn out as a great business partner.
On the other hand, your persistence and determination might be immense, connecting it with experience and soft skills, the employer will be very interested in you as a possible employee. Concerning the question of materials for education and gaining new knowledge, you will need, in some cases, more time because the information will not be in one place, nonetheless, it opens you more space for your investigation of that topic with more precise information.
Having discussed both points of view, we can understand that it all depends on your preferences. You are a person who can organize and teach yourself without distractions – teach yourselves and become great self-taught. Turning to the other point of view, you can graduate from the university and know all the information required but with no soft skills. In my opinion, it is not very important which way you choose you still can be a great employee only when you have got both – communication skills and the required knowledge, therefore it is of the utmost importance to try to balance between these two and be great at either of them.
