With the urban growth, more and more big companies appear every day and correspondingly more and more people are employed in them. Some people believe that employment in big corporations are more advantages than in little companies. I believe that employment in large companies are more beneficial for worker, because of their brand and well organized training.
To begin with, a large company looks better in resume because everyone knows them, they have well-known brand. Due to higher competition, employment in such companies are harder, but accordingly, the future employer will trust to candidate’s qualification more because they can trust the choice of former employer, thus the search of the next job will be easier. For example, developers undergo a rigorous selection process in FAANG companies, however in the future, they have an advantage comparing other candidates and can ask higher salary. Thus, difficulties during hiring process in big company provide futures benefits.
Secondly, due to the more complex structure, corporations are required to be well-organized, staff have strict rules and instructions, all processes are documented. A newly hired person are usually provided with full-time training, curator and all instructions, and will not be allowed to work until the company is sure that them have mastered everything. This is especially important in factories where neglect to rules can be fatal and highly beneficial for people without experience. Thus, after employment in big company people stay with knowledge which also add the attractiveness of such candidates to the future employers.
In conclusion, despite the harder employment, people should try in get in corporations, especially this is beneficial for the new graduates, their career will develop faster in the futures.
