This can make the search for the next job easier. For example, developers undergo a rigorous selection process at FAANG companies, but in the future, they have an advantage over other candidates and can ask for a higher salary. Thus, difficulties during the hiring process in a big company provide future benefits.
Secondly, due to their more complex structure, corporations are required to be well-organized. Staff have strict rules and instructions, and all processes are documented. Newly hired individuals are usually provided with full-time training, a mentor, and all necessary instructions, and are not allowed to work until the company is sure they have mastered everything. This is especially important in factories where neglecting to follow rules can be fatal, and highly beneficial for people without experience.
