It’s a topic of debate that either big or small companies are good to work. Some individuals believe that working in larger organization has more benefits than a smaller ones. I agree with this essay because despite of pressure in work, an individual may have good income and a successful career with more opportunities.
To commence, established companies remunerated their employees with a significant amount of money. These companies often hire staffs as per their qualification which leads to mutual goal, both job provider and worker. For instance, statics shows that people with same as manager post in established and establishing institutions gets a different range of compensation, where the manager form bigger companies receive a huge different amount. It is fact that large companies generates more income comparatively to the smaller, therefore, workers will be rewarded with higher remuneration.
Furthermore, people usually get more opportunities in large companies. Although, small businesses have limited hierarchy due to the less requirement of employees in such businesses, where they do not require such steps. In contrary, there are lots of positions and scope for the talented individuals. As a result, it motivates them to hard work, dedicated to their roles and responsibilities, so that they get promoted from their current designation. For example, my friend’s dad who is working as cook in a local hotel since 10 years, he is just holding the same position, while my uncle has been working same period of time and he is a head chef in a 5 stat hotel in Dubai.
In conclusion, it is always better to get employed in large companies. It provides more space for their career growth as well as good income that makes them financially stable and have a happy family life.
