a proper working environment is good for any employee either in large or small company to work in.in this essay i will discuss my opinion on the debate whether it is good to work in a large or small company.
majority of the people prefer large companies than small companies. this is because large companies have well stipulated working structures, diversifield cultures and have the sense of financial stability. Hilton is worldwide entity that recruites people from all around the world, its resource are well channeled from different parts of the world. Most large companies have low turnover because employee feel secure in terms of career and financial growth.
In as much as people do not like small companies we can not to say that they are bad. Some small companies are well structured and have good financial stability which give room for a employees growth. Sometime graduate from universities who are ambitious are ready to explore prefer small companies as they will give them a chance to explore as compared to large companies, small companies are ideal for people who are innovative, industrious and ambitious.
In my opinion neither large companies nor small company is a preference, knowing my desire to grow both in career and financial, i would comfortable work in either of the two as my driving force will be my financial, career and job satisfaction.
