For instance, in my country people who do jobs in a famous or huge organisation, they have good salary more than normal people who works in a small one. If a person has a nice salary they can easily fulfill their family desires. As we all know that, money is also considered as a great source of happiness. It plays an significant role in each aspects of humans life. In addition, person work in a large company, definitely have a high salary; so, they do not have to face an economical crisis in their life. Therefore, they think that it is better to work for it.

For instance, if they travel abroad, may get several opportunities, and helps to enhance their work skills related to their organisation. Firstly, they can learn different types of foreign languages, which helps them to increase their social skills. Secondly, individuals get chance to taste varieties of delicious local cuisines. In addition, there may be fast work promotions rather than the small one. Hence, people choose to work for a large company.
