It is believed that many people from different cultures and stages of generation can be united by music. I totally agree with this statement.
To begin with, music is a universal thing that can be enjoyed by people around the world. Although some people will not understand the lyrics or do not have any particular skills to play musical instruments, Yet, they do not have to understand all of them to get along with the music or just enjoy the melody part of the music. As an example, an individual who is a non-English speaker listened to many English songs. Moreover, they have their own favorite singer, whose song will be played all day long. Or someone who often listens to Japanese traditional music, even if they are from another country and do not understand the culture.
On other occasions, music is something that can be inherited by the young generation. We can share the musical taste with the youngster, or perhaps the older one too. For instance, when we listen to our parents favorite band from their era, we will follow and sing the song without realizing it. It is the moment that we can share the joy with our father, which is shared across generations. Or, many adolescents are being taught by their teacher in the school to play some traditional music instruments, which even their grandparents also play. So, music can also be defined as something that has no age boundaries.
To sum up, all people can enjoy the music from all stages, not only from different cultures but also across generations.
