People opinion differ from one another that school should spend more money on the well maintained equipment need for students while other says that funds should be used to hire great teachers.According, to my prospectives both the views should be discussed and more money should be used to hire great teachers other than best equipment for students.

On the one side, schools should have to spend more on the hiring of great teachers as teacher play an important role in giving knowledge in various forms like teaching or giving some practical work to students related to their subjects.For example, if there is an involvement of well educated or knowledgable teacher than it would have an excellent effect on student guidance and future career in education.Apart from this, if the student is more active he or she gain their future in teaching line or other well jobs.

On the other hand,also investing towards best equipment for students should be necessary for the two role such as education related equipments or sports related equipments.Firstly,investment in education related tools help the student to get practical knowledge in particular field or also know how to handle that equipment.For example, various science related fields students have to use various equipments in laboratory sessions to attire the practical related to biology or physics.Some newly developed technological tools should be bought so that students would learn some unique handling features of that equipment.Secondly, sports related tools should be there so that various students involved in different sports activities which are interested.This encourage students to participate and learn and also help students get physically fit and healthy apart from education.

In conclusion, more fund should be invested towards education in hiring teachers but also money should be spend in buying best necessary equipments for students.
