Some people argue that parents should encourage their children to live by themselves whereas others insist that they should live with their families. I personally consider that young people should have to live alone so as to be a mentally grown person.
On one hand, adult individuals should be independent from their parents completely especially in financial perspectives. In order to be a mature person, younger generations should have an experience of living by themselves. The paucity of experience of doing it, they occasionally rely on their family. For example, because of a decline in financial reward of young workers, they are prone to be highly dependent on their parents or relatives. Besides, more and more young employees cannot deal with their household chores by themselves because of habit of overworking. This has also resulted in the increasing number of younger people who are living with their family. To be a mentally grown person, younger generations should live alone.
On the other hand, if young individuals live with their family, they can take care of their parents or other members of their family efficiently. In Japan, due to a large number of elderly people who are suffering from dementia, financial resources for elderly people has been decreasing. Thus, citizens are compelled to see to it that their parents can live without any anxiety by themselves. In addition to this, the number of people who return to their hometown has been soaring to support their family.
In conclusion, I think that younger citizens should live by themselves in order to be mature and financially independent person.
