Some individuals believe that creating a sense of rivalry among children should be promoted while others believe cooperation should be emphasized among children as it will make them good human in their upcoming life and also I believe that latter opinion has more valid point as in this modern society we need better human who could serve humanity better by their cooperation rather than creating hardships for other person.

Competition can be used among children so that they can focus on their goals and accomplishing these milestones will ensure them to get better future. Children will enjoy this competition as a game that they can play among their age group and this sense of rivalry will aid them to get higher goals in their coming life. For example a study is conducted by NUST university of Pakistan that if the Students of same class are encouraged to get better results by creating competition among students and rewarding them with their favorite toy then every students will study hard in order to 1st position so that he can get that prize and in this way their knowledge related to particular subject will also increase.

On the other hand, if the students are emphasized to compete then they will use any wrong means to harm their rival and this is not a good lesson for young children. Children should be taught to work together in order to complete the task and this cooperation will create a sense of responsibility and courage to help everyone despite any difference between the other person and himself. For example In Japan the students are encouraged to organize festivals in schools so that everybody in school could enjoy the event and this task create a sense of responsibility and courage in every students to accomplish the task so that each person get best experience of that festival.

In conclusion, we can say that cooperation among students is a more important factor than competition as it help to students to be better human so that they can tackle upcoming hardship together rather than creating problems for each other.
