In the contemporary world, the question is about whether employees ought to wear the same attire or not has always been a topic of heated conversation. To some extent I agree Workers should wear uniform because of some reasons, but I still believe there are other aspects to comsider.In this essay, we will examine both viewpoints and provide a balanced perspective on this issue.
On the one hand, there are some reasons why I agree with those who think wear a attire.First of all keeps the workplace safe every employee wears a uniform and can recognize a person from the outside.Moreover, different people come to the company.If every employee wears a uniform, they will recognize that they are not from this company.Employees are different from others.
On the other hand, certain cases need to be taken into account. Admittedly, there is also a bad side to wearing uniforms. If the employees always wear the some clothes the all the time the employees could not create their own style .
Besides that the fabric of the uniform can be expensive and can strain employees financially.
In conclusion,I have mixed opinions about staff supposed to dress attire and certain cases could be true for different circumstances. That is why holding a firm opinion about it is more difficult than it seems and balance should be the priority in my view.
