While some argue that it is advantageous for males and females to study in different institutions, I personally believe that all students should attend gender-mixed schools. I will discuss more deeply in this essay.
On the one hand, boys and girls have their own unique brain structures. It only makes sense for each gender to follow the most ideal approach to their study. As a result, they could digest new knowledge more easily and focus more on their academic career. For example, studies conducted in the 2000s concluded that students who go to gender-specific schools achieve higher academic goals compared to mixed schools pupils by up to 30%.
However, in the real world, people have to work together, and live together regardless of their sex; therefore, it is impractical for children to adapt to such an environment. Students in gender-mixed schools will feel more stressed and confused if they are employed by a company. Because of this, global industry productivity and efficiency will drop, which will lead to an eventual economic crash. For instance, it was reported by a few companies that their stock value plunged by 23% after they employed a large amount of said students.
To sum it all up, attending a mixed school might help students with their scores, however, the environment that they are in is unrealistic which could cause them a lot of problems later on.
