In my opinion, schools are the prominent place for them because educationals insituate are more traind and teach to the children how to become a good member of socitey.
On the one hand, parents should guide their childrens more than anyone because father and mother both are spend more and more times with their childrens, so they can guide well than others. In additionally, childrens are also lesson to their parents extremely carefully, as well as they can follow soon their advise. Afterwords, it is also depend on their parents because, if their parents have well manners in a socitey and people recommend, so definitely it will be effect on their childrens. For example, a study in UK illustrated that childrens are two times with their parents than their teachers .
On the other hand, schools are traind to build good citizens to their community. And then,in the schools there are many skills teachers are teaching to the childrens such as manners, respect, communications skills, etc. As well as, teachers are also spend some times with children to give them knowledge that how to deal with littel boys, and how to deal with elders, and also they telling to them how to talk with elders. For instance, recently research in North korea, showed that schools are on of the best places for being good individuals, and schools are provides many things than parents cant not.
