Many people believe that an individual getting a job early and continuing to contribute to it is potential to achieve more successful career than whom tend to switch job frequently. From my perspective, I totally agree with this opinion due to some specific reasons.
I believe that choosing a career early in life and purchasing it for an extended period have numerous great benefits. Firstly, having a clear aim and realization it through early experiences from job is the extremely first step of success. Following on only one job can increase productivity and work skills, which will be hardly improve through times. Besides, many companies offer higher salary for employees according to long work time due to the fact these people are well-trained and get familiar with the job. Especially, wage can also base on the loyalty of an individual with the company. For example, a number of people who change job frequently can not gain trust from superiors and can not be delegated crucial tasks which involve the company’s private information. As a result, these people may have a lot of difficulties on the road to success.
Moreover, some recent research have pointed out that the most common reason why people feel comfortable at work place is familiarity. When doing a job for a long time, not only relationships at work will become closer but also the working environment will boost greater sense of satisfaction. Furthermore, the longer people work in a place, the more chances they ought to prove themselves. Consequently, a person may have more opportunities to get higher promotion. Meanwhile, people who are unstable about their job may not have adequate time to promote themselves due to constant changes.
In conclusion, I definitely agree with the opinion that long-lasting job provides more benefits and merely to get a satisfying career life than people who often have new job. Keep purchasing a job can facilitate each person’s work skills and reputation in work life.
