It is believed that being a good leader is naturally given for some individuals, while others’ wiew is that it is possible to gain this skill through life experience. Admittedly, both sides have considerable reasons.However, I agree in favour of the latter, due to personal experience.
On the one hand, what some individuals think is that leadership is a natural gift, believing it to be a heritage of their old generation. A lot of positive features as well as leading skills are passed from people to their Moreover,they claim that is a natural process which cannot be learnt, your gene does not include leadership skill.For example, scores of famous peoples’ children tend to be leaders in every competition like those of their parents for not only inspirations given by others, but also intimate genetic advantages.
On the other hand,the rest think that leadership is achievable by learning other life skills. Experiencing life’s ups and downs ,some people have a priceless knowledge and useful skills which can guarantee their leadership in society.These types of individuals are considered as knowledgeable persons that can guide others in a better way. For instance, a businessman who is good at his profession can lead big companies without extreme difficulties and other people who are in the same field can learn something beneficial for their own businesses.
To conclude, although there are several pieces of evidence that confirms this skill to be natural, it does not mean that it is impossible to learn leadership in life.I would argue that, all individuals can learn these skills,provided that enough effort is invested.
