To my mind,If government create to punish for illegally actions by divers,this may be more influence to individual’s life and their incomes.In my opinion,government should become a wide range of signs for drivers or tax.Broken of low people should pay tax for country.I can think that this can be way a robust method of measure.Becouse,if unfollow to low humans pay tax huge income,they can not be repeat this mistake.Take government of Germany for example,they created as well as law.That is,paying of huge tax is important to each persons.
As second idea,namely,some individuals think that other measure need to find for illegal actions from punishment.As I mentioned above,paying tax can solve to this problem.However,there are other measures,that is,driving skills and abilities should become for each drivers.They may be know various laws because of learning skill about driving.Policemen should check about studying.However,I think that punishment is significant measure to this problem.
