It is a frequent topic of dicussion is that strict penalties for driving offences are the best way to decreasing traffic accidents and jams. However, others oppose this idea and there are a wide range of effective measures in improving road safety. These two views seem tobe very rational and reasonable,but i favor of former group of people for the some reasons.
On the one hand, traffic accidents are developing day bu day. This is because at the same time, cars also improving. This is conducive reason why accidents are increasing. It is needles to say, everyday a struggle 1 million people pass away because of traffic accidents. It seems to be serious problem many corners of the globe. That is why government must get strict punishments for ordinary crashes. Take for instance, if someone do ordinary accidents such as bump trees through the car, that person must be get strict punishments. Because that person may bump someone instead of something. If state get strict penalties for ordinary accidents, it contribute to reducing accidents and some kinds of jams.
On the other hand, some others believe that other measures would be more effective in road safety. To explain, they have own ideas for this issue such as every accidents get ordinary tax and maybe everything, but i donot specificly. That is why i am still standing traffic accidents get strict penalties penalties for driving offences are the best way to falling traffic issues. Take for instance, my friend always say we must decrease driving cars frequently. But i completely disagree this view because some people’s work related to cars.
To sum up, although both sides strong arguments, but i wouldnot approve of there are a lot of effective measures in improving road safety because state must get strict penalties for driving offences.
