Some individuals are of the opinion that using fresh water should be limited by authority, while others contend that they have a free in use as much as they want. This essay aims to discuss the logic behind both viewpoints, adn then present why I am more inclined toward the former.
On the one hand, those whose are favor of the view that using fresh water should’n be controlled have their own reasoning. Water play a crucial role in human lives and a better quality of it could provide several benefits. This meants, people also tend to get a good intake for their body which helps them enhance their health. Furthermore, In the long term, it is benifical support for preventing some unexpected health problem. Morever, users have a responsibility to pay for what they using. In this case, a control from government could rise an agrument in people’s right.
On the other hand, The belief that national leaders shoud handle the use of fresh water is also unstandable. In the recent situation, climate change contrtributes to many negative effects on Earth, and water is one of some problems result from it. Many lakes and damps that use to contain water for daily life disapeared over years putting presure on administration who have to give out a solution. By this reason, control the supply of freash water becomes a simplest and a fastest way to adress this struggle. Apart from that, in many countries is now lacking of water sources also making a question for other countries for fiding ways to help these urbanizations.
In conclusion, Both viewpoints have their own rationales. However, on balance, I slide with the persective that the governor should stricly control of fresh water because of the gobal problems in nowadays and the human around the world, who need help for their survival by lacking source of water.
