Some people claim that schools should prioritize making young people great individuals in the society, while others believe that they should benefit them without shaping their future. However, I completely agree that educational organizations have the responsibility of leading children to be valid citizens and in this essay, I will explain why I hold this view.
To begin with, it is undeniable that the possibility of increasing the country’s development lies within school’s role in preparing children to be better individuals and employees in the community. This is because it has a pivotal effect on the country’s growth, enabling them to be affluent in terms of financial resources. For instance, by educating children to be prepared to have excellent job prospects, better educational institutions are more likely to be financially stable and developed compared to those who are not. Thus, the school’s role not only leads the countries to be wealthy but they also advanced.
Moreover, I believe that it is increasingly significant for young individuals when they are subjected to learn how to be better workers for their countries, as it has a positive impact on their mentality, which makes them more loyal to their countries. For example, if children are taught how to benefit their home nations, they may not try to travel abroad. As a result, the brain drains will be reduced, investing the youth to improve their nations.
In conclusion, although schools should not overshadow the significance of individual development, their goal should indeed involve shaping responsible citizens and productive workers. Therefore, I am convinced that they have an indispensable role in developing the nation’s progress.
