There is a growing belief that physical inactivity is directly linked to gaining weight among children. In my opinion, I firmly disagree with this point as almost every kid enjoys playing with others in the playground and there is no way to sit for a long time as a child.
First and foremost, genetics and diseases, which individuals were born with, are more crucial in rising obesity rates in children rather than lack of exercise. For example, if parents who are derived from fat-body-shaped generation rose an ample toddler, it would not be a strange matter. Furthermore, some diseases could make children plump abnormally.
Moreover, dietary and sleep habits also contribute to being overweight. The widespread availability and aggressive marketing of fast food can cause a significant increase in children’s obsession with them. Additionally, sleeping excessive sleeping hours have become one of the main reasons of chubby kids.
While physical exercises are one way of reducing fats and achieving a healthy life, daily routines and strain are more factual for climbing obesity rates in children who have no responsibilities for their lives and plays a lot.
To conclude, parents should focus on the diet and daily habits of their offspring compared to the physical movements so that they may not become obese unhealthily.
