Generally, schools are the platform to create good education and personality traits in people. According to some viewpoints, the motive of school is to enhance good traits in people and employees. Instead of this, the merits of schools are specific. In my point of view, I agree with the statement.
First and foremost, every citizen acquires their personality traits from school. All people are attracted by their specific qualities, and these qualities are developed from school. The reason for this is that school does not only focus on education but also gives importance to the progress of certain qualities of the persons. The corruption of the traits of individuals is corrected from school, and they become good citizens of the society.
In addition to this, professional skills are developed from school. They provide awareness classes and skill classes to enhance their professional skills. All people would become well-rounded professionals in their jobs. The skills include communication skills, problem-solving skills, and coordination skills, and so on. Professional talent is significantly needed for every employee to improve in their job. For example, institutions provide mock interviews and aptitude tests to progress their professional talent.
On the other hand, schools focus on the objectives of individuals. Most of them have their own specific goals to achieve success in their lives. So they concentrate only on their benefits.
All in all, schools generate good, characteristic members for the society. The way of education influences the overall quality of the persons in the community.
