These days successful sports professional can earn more money than people in other important professionals. Some people are of the opinion that it can be fully justified whereas others think it is unfair. I am of the opinion that to solve this dilemma we need to increase the salaries of other professionals, like the successful sports professionals these days.
On the one hand, the money earned by sports professionals can be justified fully. Firstly, it is fair to pay them a huge sum because their career could end anytime due to any serious accidents during the play or decrease in their talent and they require money for the future life. Secondly, sportsman are paid for their incredible talents, hard work and sacrifice. They work day and night for years to create a successful journey in sports. They are often asked to refuse they are favourite food just for the sake of game. For example, football and other sport players are restricted from junk food and they are trained to keep a healthy diet so that health problems such as obesity does not affect them.
On the other hand, professionals in other fields are also eligible to be paid more. They too worked hard to reach in an esteemed position. For example, professional such as doctors and engineers are not paid up to the job they do. A doctor spent almost 12 years of a life to complete his degree and specialise in a particular field. They work really hard even without having proper food save the lives of people. They too deserve a higher pay.
I conclude by stating my opinion that, sports professionals are paid for the hard work and sacrifice they do. Similarly, professionals in other fields should also be paid more as they have importance and significance same as that of a sportsman.
