There is a no doubt that along with others spheres of life, technology has also infiltrate in the field of education too. There are enormous resources are available for academic information. However, I strongly disagree with the point of view. My opinion is explained in further paragraphs.
The foremost argument to favour my opinion is that teacher provide a “human touch”. By this I mean teacher apply a various teaching techniques. For instance, many teachers used to tell real life events, legends and stories or connecting examples to explain and make understand a particular topic. They play an important role in making the information simple to accept. Also, they favour a comfort zone to repeat explanation of topic.
The other reason to believe the superiority of the teacher’s role is that unlike technology, teacher guide the students as per their level and mistakes. They are good motivators and inspire the students to put more efforts. It is not the information that makes a teacher important but his role is precious when it come to query solving and exam guidance.
However, some others may counter argue that the teachers role has become redundant as the information source are not only self explanatory but are asli easily accessible at flexible time. Also, they provide information in audio-visual form, which might create interest.
Thus, it can be understood that, undoubtedy teachers are portray of the conversation education system, do take the central place in conveying information in the modern education. I believe that the internet resources would be an effective aid in the classroom while learning with a teacher.
