In Recent times , there was a debate about team work or individual work, which is more effective. Some people thinks that team activities provide more critical values for life and other people claims in an opposite way . I completely agree with the statement because team work achieves the dream work .
Firstly, The main reason of team activities is that people can complete a significant and complex work in a short period of time . This is because each member of the team can split equal amount of work and by intreact with the other colleagues complex problems can be solved in a quick and efficient way by provding multiple inputs for the solution. For Example , In IT Companies , many programmers work together as a team to solve a particular problem statement in an efficinet and less time consuming way .Therefore, it is evident that the team work makes dream work .
On the other hand , While doing a particulat task alone , peoples feel more stressed and face enromous work pressure. A key reason is that , while perfoming task alone , we should do several trail and error methods to solve a particular problem , which consumes a huge amount of time and energy . For Instance , Many Teachers are feeling more stressed because they don’t have a team to work , they have to perfomr thier lectures and task alone .
