Some people believe that health will decline in the future rather than now. I totally disagree with the statement. This is because nowadays people care more about their health.
To begin with, the rapid tech evolution has made health information accessible, including information about human health. Social media such as Instagram, Threads, or other social media platforms cause health information to spread rapidly. On social media, many doctors give information about how to be healthier. For example, many professional healthcare providers share information about diabetes, obesity, etc, which is free for health education. People can also ask questions and discuss related health issues with them.
In addition, nowadays health concerns seem to increase common, driven by running or trail-running events over the years. Also, sports flexing has become a popular phenomenon recently; people who go to the gym, run, or exercise often share their activity on social media, which can encourage other healthier habits. For instance, compared to several years ago, health-related content is now much more common, while jogging or outdoor activities have also become increasingly common on social media.
In conclusion, for the reasons above, I think consciousness about human health will increase in the future. Instead of declining, people have now realized that health is important for the future.
