With the pandemic of COVID-19 there was a significant raise of concerns about health related issues. Therefore, the question of whether the average standard of vitality and its stance in future remain uneasy to predict.
The average standard of people’s health may not to be lower in future than it already is, due to scientists working on new cures, medicine daily. It is astonishing how many medical revelations are underappriciated like the latest possible way to treat hunnington’s disease. Other major factor is spreading awareness by social media, articles or by doctors, hence it is more common for people to get an early-diagnosis and be treated.
On the other hand, health issues becoming more relevant and talked of can have its downside. By being more relevant it is more prompt to have misinformation spread about a health matter. Consequently, it may lead some to ignore specialists advices and neglect their well-being. In addition, we cannot take for granted that researchers will find a way to lower the average standard of well-being in the nearest future, because of the lack of signs.
Taking everything into consideration, I believe that the average healthiness is bound to be higher than currently. By having scientists work with the newest technology might impact on work done by researchers. However, there are no signs that in the nearest future there will be a ground breaking discovery, which would later have to be approved and take years to see the changes.
