It has been observed that people’s health may decline in the future compared to the present. Although some believe that it will remain stable, I largely agree with the initial statement. I will elaborate on my viewpoint in the following paragraphs.
The foremost argument to support my position is based on the types of food that people consume in their daily lives. For instance, if individuals choose to eat fast food every day, it can lead to various health issues such as diabetes and other illnesses. Additionally, junk food and snacks often contain unhealthy levels of salt, which can further harm our bodies.
Furthermore, another reason to support my argument is that, nowadays, many people do not stop smoking in public areas. The impact of smoking is not confined to smokers; it also affects those around them. Moreover, it is concerning that not only older individuals smoke, but younger people are also increasingly taking up the habit.
On the contrary, some people counter my argument by claiming that consuming fast food is simpler and more convenient. They argue that it saves time in cooking. Even though many are aware of the potential long-term health risks associated with fast food, they continue to choose it.
In conclusion, it can be said that despite the convenience many find in fast food, I believe it remains unhealthy and unfriendly to our bodies. This perspective is logically sound and substantiated by various factors.
