Many pupils participate in sports earnestly, while others do it for having a fun. I view this development positively for two key reasons.
One advantage of taking sport for enjoyment is less stress and pressure. When you are a professional sportsman, you have a busy schedule with endless workouts, trainings, and competitions. All of these factors that I have mentioned above more likely to cause a stressful and painful lifestyle. Without these trainings to lead a less heavy way of life, a person might can live his life in the way he wants, this resulting in the better mental health. To give an example my dad, he used to be a professional footballer, however from his stories he always was under pressure such as no enough time to spent with friends and family, miss important occasions due to trainings, and mind full of thoughts and fear of losing. At the moment, he doesn’t want to recall memories related to his sport time, as it has negative impact on his mental health.
Another benefit is lifelong habit of exercising. If child perceives sport as a pleasure hobby, a not a large responsibility or a duty, he will never lose his motivation and less give up on workouts. As a result, child may exercise regularly and an active lifestyle would be part of his life, which reduces the risk of obesity, heart diseases, and other health issues. This means that promoting taking sporting activities as a fun can lead to a healthier lifestyle and overall well-being.
In conclusion, the encouraging to take the sports as an entertainment can lead to an active lifestyle and better mental health.
