It is increasingly becoming common to put more emphasis on health maintenance services among people who are suffering from obesity. According to some people, providing individuals with more physical education lessons can be the best solution to tackle health related issues. While healthcare services can have positive impacts to tackle health related issues, I would argue that training people through physical education lessons can bring in more advantages.
On the one hand, I agree that healthcare system is of great importance to maintain citizens with good health. High-quality health care aids prevent diseases and improve quality of life, helping individuals understand and discuss their health and any problems that they are experiencing. Those who are obese, for instance, can benefit from high-quality health care services, getting regular medical check-ups and treatments in order to lose weight. Early prevention by health maintaining centers is essential to combat obesity, allowing people to follow healthy lifestyle and nutritional diets.
Nevertheless, I believe that obesity can be resolved by offering more physical training courses which are essential to prevent health problems. People who attend sports activities and exercise on a regular basis can keep fit and physically healthy with the help of guidance throughout their physical training lessons. This eliminates the potential risk of health related diseases, in particular, heart attack, in which heart will be surrounded by fat and consequently end up with mortality. Some sports activities such as Aerobics, coupled with Zumba, is directed to reduce the level of fat, making people healthier and boosting their overall health.
In conclusion, albeit a number of advantageous sides of overall health care systems in achieving obesity based health issues, it seems to me that it would be more wise and achievable to supply individuals with physical training courses.
