The mental health of all people is heavily related to the physical health, meaning that the probability of mental disorders developments is reduced. Moreover, the adjustments to the lifestyle are related to the second solution, which is the increase in the number of social relationships with ordinary people without the use of messengers or social media. As is was proved by scientists, real interactions can act as medicines in order to annihilate the loneliness and social isolation from the society, meaning that the changes to gain mental issues is lower and less dangerous.
