The line compares four types of attractions in the England city Brighton in terms of the visitation by tourists, in the years 1980 and 2010.
Overall, while the percentage of tourists who visited the Pavillion and Pier attractions witnessed varying degrees of increase, the number of those who have been in the Art Gallery and the Festival decreased noticeably over 30 years. In the beginning, the Festival was popular in England, but by the end, the Pavilion had become a dominant.
Looking at the details, in 1980, almost 30% of total tourists were interested in going to Festivals. Moreover, around 24% of visitors loved visiting the Art Gallery and Pavilion. However, the lower amount of visits took Pier at 10% in 1980.
By 2010, there can be seen a gradual in the number of tourists in Pier. By following this, the figure for Pavilion rose slightly to 32%, despite reaching its peak point at 48% in 1995. Unlike these two, there was a respective decline to 27% and 8% in the percentage of Festival and Art Gallery’s visitors.
