From my point of view, job with a good repayment should be fairly considered with the other so-called factors, job satisfaction and career progression.
It belongs to individual goal during the period they look for a potential job which is compatible with there final aim. First and foremost, there is a small group worked for unfinacial purposes. Some people need to get into an environment where they could learn how an enterprise operates or demand further profound knowledge in their field, possibly in finance or jobs requiring professional experiments. This is a popular phenomenon in the labour force with whom are the new comers. Another group who are usually mentioned as ones devoted for society. Their destination is to serve for human existence beyond the profitable economy, assist the miserable by reclaiming justice or fundamentally find a new home for orphanage children. Meanwhile, some individuals are more inclined to a job security than for others purposes. In can be seen clearly in Viet Nam, most parent do not want their children step out of their comfort zone. Instead of that, keeping up with a normal career, receive monthly salary is the best choice following their minds.
On the other side, most of employees in this present market are as breadwinner in their family. Consequently, a well-paid job is always their priority, beyond other factors such as job prospect and a comfortably suitable environment. These people sometimes have to do simultaneously jobs. Concerning about adequately supply for essential needs of families force them to permanently forget pursuing interests and ambitious dreams following from the time they were young.
To sum up, it is lean on the purpose who join in the workforce to draw conclusion about high income is pivotal or not.
