Some people believe that the qualities which are needed to be genuinely successful can not be taught by higer education organizations in today’s world. However, I do not fully agree whit this conception, but partly. Because universities and academic institutions have more opportunities to improve individuals’ skills than any other place. They can help students to develop their qualities with various activities. But some sorts of qualities like creativity, adaptability, and emotional intelligence must be learned before studying at the university. I strongly believe that keeping balance in life can provide people with successful achievements.
There are a lot of people out there who are sensible but do not have any degree and many inexperienced who have PhD. I mean intelligence, adaptability and qualities like these are not taught at education organizations. They are formed during the lifespan of individuals by their family, society and by reading books or may be by talking with sensible people. However, I can not say there is not any place for education organizations in building qualities of success, as a matter of fact there are multiple advantages. They teach students how to think critically, how to solve problems, communication skills, time management, teamwork, and leadership. Additionally, they give opportunities to their students for personal growth and development through extracurricular activities, internships, and networking events.
In conclusion, to succeed in life we need the help of both sides.
