Some say that the stereotype of the situation of teachers and students in the class will not exist by 2050. In this essay, I will explain the reasons why I believe that the typical teaching situation of teachers and students will not exist in the future.
Due to advances in technology, people foresee that the typical teaching situation of teachers and students in the class will no longer exist in the future. In the current world, people have easier access to computers and tablets and these gages connect teachers and students no matter where they are, whether they are behind the globe or not and advances in technologies made a huge revolution in traditional teaching styles which has continued for many decades. For example, during the COVID-19 pandemic, many schools were closed all over the world although students were taught in front of computers or tablets and they were taught by their teachers just like how they were taught in their classrooms. The pandemic introduced new notions for how teachers could be teaching students without being in the classrooms. Clearly, by the year 2050, there will be more advances in technologies, therefore there will be more possibilities in the traditional teaching situation of teachers and students will not be necessary for the future.
Additionally, advances in technology have also shown that schools can invite specialists from different fields to teach specific knowledge to students through the Internet. In traditional classrooms, we only saw that one teacher teaching many subjects in the classrooms. However, if they can invite specialists through the Internet to teach children with more specified knowledges, these teachers who teaches many subjects in the classrooms will no longer exists in the future. For instance there was less possibilities to invite teachers form different countries in the past as time and travelling costs coucerns although, the advance in the Internt technology made this situation available for many schools globally. Obviously, conventional image of teachers teaching students in the classrooms will not be continued until in 2050.
In conclusion, looking at several reasons, I believe that the typical teaching situation of a teacher and students in the class will not exist by the year 2050.
