First of all, nowadays we are living in an economic boom, for which we are not prepared. In the last years, people have been forced to work many more hours without any increase in their monthly wages, mainly due to the fact that costs are higher than 10 or 20 years ago due to this organisations do not want to increase the salaries of their employees to maintain a decent profit at the end of the years. at the same time, the implementation of high technologies especially in manufacturing companies is causing some trouble for employees that have to supervise also the work done with these devices.
To help people deal with these changes companies should increase salaries and bonuses since people in many cases cannot live with their pay even if they work for 8 hours per day. also government should help organizations by investing some money to be invested to guarantee higher services to employees. For example, this money should be invested in creating small kindergartens inside organisations, so that parents working all day long can leave there their children without paying a babysitter.
